Most Glorious!
To understand the Spiritual birthing process, we first need to know where we stand before God: the Father; the Son; and the Holy Spirit.
Regarding this particular aspect of the Spirit Realm, newbornBooks sees:
The Father as our true Nurturer; our Loving Parent actively growing and developing us as we abide in His Presence.
Jesus Christ as our Bridegroom-Husband; our lifeline to the greatest Spiritual Romance and Passion available.
The Holy Spirit as our Comforter and the source of supernatural power to perform Christ's love-actions on Earth.
Is Jesus Christ really our Spiritual Husband - our supreme Lover - even now, on Earth?

The majority of the Christian Church today would conclude that no, He is not; not yet. Even from most ardent believers, we hear that Christ will become our Husband in the Supernatural Realm only when Time concludes. We will then be swept up to partake in the Wedding Ceremony and its Feast spoken about in the book of Revelation. Indeed, this is certainly going to happen at the end of physical history. But, there is an incomplete notion here! This single view on a multidimensional, omniscient, omnipresent God, leaves The Bride waiting before the alter... lovesick (we hope), always longing, but always living in anticipation of her Lover: Never really knowing Him in the fullness of His Being. It is true that we will not see Christ fully manifested until Time ends, but the Spiritual and the supernatural dimensions transcend physical experience even now. Jesus Christ said He came to fulfill the law, the promises, to gift us with abundant life in His Presence - not only to open access to the Father's Presence again by conquering sin and death - but to fill us with His own Presence too; the glorious Son! He came as Bridegroom and He died to claim us as His very own possession - precious in His sight, jealous for our love. John the Baptist said, "The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom's voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete" (John 3:29). On the Cross, Jesus cried, "It is finished!" Yeshua completed every part of His multifaceted call upon Earth, most of which we are only gradually discovering as divine revelation increases throughout the course of our history.
Christ is our Spiritual Husband; yesterday, today, AND tomorrow. This is not a false teaching; not the deception of a sect; not the fantasy of some flaky mindset. It is based completely in Scriptural Truth. Yesterday, Scripture reads, "For your Maker is your husband - the Lord Almighty is his name" (Isa. 54:5). "'In that day,' declares the Lord, 'you will call me, 'my husband'" (Hosea 2:16). "'Return, faithless people,' declares the Lord, 'for I am your husband'" (Jer. 3: 14). With Supernatural Eyes, God's people, the Jews at that time in history, were already seen as Christ's wife. Today, Christ's beloved Bride, the redeemed Church, is symbolic of God's Temple, offered the possibility of becoming filled with His Holy Spirit, as in Paul's words, believers are "presented... as a pure virgin to her husband" (2 Cor. 11:2. The Message). And Tomorrow, the Book of Revelation says, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb" (Rev. 21:9). Yes, there are stages of growth and fulfillment throughout history, yet the Spiritual foundation was completed with Christ's appointed death, within the overall supernatural plan of eternity.
This now-Husband understanding is the next, and newbornBooks believes, the final step of revelation, which is now being released from the Throne Room of God. It's revelation is to bring the Church to a place of tireless passion for her Lord, overwhelmed by His Love. This is her necessary weapon, to enable her for the last phase of Earth's purpose. This Love revelation will allow her to walk with her Lover, Christ, with her Spiritual eyes open, seeing the full glory of His Love beyond the veil, thus granting her extraordinary power and grace to walk out her destiny. No former generation has been allowed to see this! The Apostle Paul knew the significance of this Relationship, but not even he was given full understanding! "This is a profound mystery - but I am talking about Christ and the Church" (Eph. 5:33).
It is our choice whether or not to enter into the Lord's inner chambers as His Beloved, to awake, and to join with Him there; heart, mind, soul, and even with the dedication of our body to His will.
What does the Lord's Husband-Love look like?

As soon as we invite Jesus Christ into our lives, we pass over the threshold, from being the Betrothed of God as every human being is, to becoming part of His Bride. As the corporate Body of Christ, our supernatural Wedding Ceremony does await us in Heaven: It will be the culmination of physical history and the beginning of Heavenly Marriage. God uses imagery for our earth-times understanding so that we can grasp the nature and some level of the covenant relationship He desires with us. In Heaven, our eyes will be opened to the greater dimensions of family and marriage, which we cannot express yet because we do not see in full. The order of our supernatural relationship with Him will probably not change, but the depth and expression of intimate unity will be profound and expansive beyond imagining.
newbornBooks considers that our individual, Spiritual wedding day on Earth, when we join with the Spirit of Christ, can most clearly be understood as a three-part journey, similar to traditional Middle Eastern and African customs. First, the couple exchanges vows. Second, there comes the consummation of those vows, during the full heat of the day. Third, a lavish banquet is given in celebration of the wedding.
Spiritually speaking, some of us remain at the ceremony of our relationship, looking around, seeing the beauty, but not progressing as our new Husband walks toward further celebration with us. In wedding terms, we linger in the Church, satisfied that we have found and married our Lover, yet not eager to be joined with Him more intimately - or perhaps, not even realizing that there is a lot more to marriage relationship than the ceremonial vows! We stay still.
Others walk on with the Lord, following as He leads us toward deeper union. We love our Lord and we want to go with Him. On the way, however, some grow weary because the journey is long and taxing and life throws many obstacles in our path. The Lord is there to help us over each one, to lift our heads, but we may still look around or loose heart in the face of trials or temptations.
Some of the Bride gain access to the wedding chamber, only to fall asleep on arrival!
Others enter into the inner chamber, having watched and waited and remained alert. They know the dangers and learn how to leave their questions behind. Faith and trust in the Lord are sufficient as His Love covers them. These members of the Bride walk into holy intimacy with the Lord, into His secret place, and they discover the riches of His glory. They feast now on His Love as they live out their earthly days.
